BRIEF: Create a safe space for teens in a “wellness desert” to participate in after-school and summer programs, including cooking classes, hip-hop dance, and indoor-outdoor strength training. The center will also be open for informal study groups and mentoring to support ongoing bonds between community members of different ages and keep recent graduates engaged.
